I am Cecilia Naadensua Quarshie, also known as Mputo Hemaa Nana Abena Enyimba II, a Ghanaian‑born, Finland‑based leader with a career spanning education, social work, diplomacy, entrepreneurship, and cultural service. My work is driven by community empowerment, cross‑cultural collaboration, and global leadership. I am the Founder & CEO of Ceci Educare Oy, an organisation empowering professionals and communities through education, mentorship, international business summits, and awards platforms connecting Europe, Africa, and the global diaspora.
